Check myself before I wreck myself

Keeping the weight and shape that I want now that I'm in my :::gulp::: mid-forties isn't easy. Despite being incredibly active over the past several months, I've gained several pounds. My friend WINE is probably to blame, but BEER is a culprit, too. I'm going to take some time to pay attention to eating more healthfully, drinking less, and keeping up my hiking/walking/working out so that I don't start 2013 (or any year!) by needing to buy larger pants.
