Ever since joining SPARK my mental and physical health have gotten better than ever. I am hitting a crossroads with my fitness and am able to handle more. Never again do I see myself going back to my old ways of eating anything I wanted with no excercise. This site has given me the tools I need to live and maintain a healthy lifestyle. I am excited to see what my furture has in store!!

My main mottos to live by are:

- When a setback occurs, don't look back~
- Realize you have amazing capabilities in mind & body~
- Celebrate your success~
- Spread the Spark!!

Goal #1: 140 Lbs - Met 12/15/11!
Goal #2: 130 Lbs - Met 4/14/12!
Goal #3: 125 Lbs - Met 1/9/13!

Santa Anita Derby 5K 4/7/12 - 36 Min
Heart of the Valley 5K 4/28/12 - 33.98 Min

GOALS FOR 2013:
-Regular Strength (circuit) training at least 2-3 X per week
-Consistent Cardio at least 2-3 X per week
-Look good and feel GREAT for my Hawaii Wedding in August 2013! -MET! ;)

- I am tracking EVERYTHING that goes into my mouth. Staying between 1200-1300 as calculated during weight loss stage
-Fitness Tracker
- Running 2-3 times per week
- Jillian Michaels DVDs & Tracy Anderson Mat
-Making Healthy recipes (some from Sparkrecipes and the SP Cookbook
-Visiting SP daily for ongoing motivation (love my teams...esp. BAHAMA MAMAS & SGV Sparkers)
-Being outspoken about my lifestyle change & getting the support of my family and friends
