Hello All!

Joined Spark in December of 2010 in an effort to make a lifestyle change, not go on another diet. At my heaviest, I weighed in at 246 which is still hard to believe. After a hiatus, I'm back to get on track again. I'm so thankful to have such a great support system in SparkPeople! It has made all the difference.

My Goals:
I want to make a major lifestyle change. Honestly think about every single thing I eat and drink. I will not deprive myself of things I want all the time because that has never worked for me in the past.



My Program:
I follow the Spark plan by eating between 1200-1500 calories and concentrating on high protein and good carbs. I am going to the gym at least 3 times a week.
