Well I joined on Dec. 2 2008...and this is the first time I have been on here since then it's July 3 2009.
I feel like I may be ready this time. I weigh 165 lbs. I have been as much as 200. But I am not happy at this weight. I can be better. I haven't been to the gym in about 5 months....I am the queen of excuses. I know one thing for sure....when I have weight off and when I eat healthy and get excerise.....EVERYTHING is better! I have energy I am a better mom, wife, sister, ...

My Program:
I am going to start by cutting back on my snacking and eating better meals. I am going to go to the gym 3 days a week and try to keep a positive attitude!

I live in Halifax NS with my husband and my 2 children. I have a 4 year old girl and a 2 year old boy. I am a part time nurse and the rest of the time I am a stay at home mom.
