Hey Girlfriend.... YEP! I know what you mean about "hating the exercise." I joined the "I HATE EXERCISE" team on SP.... but made myself quit because I thought it was self-defeating! LOL!
I'm walking like a mad woman... bought a pedometer and trying to get at least 10K steps/day. Since I'm a writer and chained to my desk most days, this requires a 60 minute walk/run in the mornings. (My gym is closed for remodeling, so that's no help...) I figure that I'll need to change this up at some point, but I put on my headphones and listen to audio programs I've downloaded. That's working for now --- who knows what will happen in the winter.
Can you find a workout buddy? I'm a people-person and that helps me. Mine got a new job, so I'm high and dry myself. I just know that I lose NOTHING if I don't exercise... so it's not an option.
Hi! How's it going? I have been a bit lazy the past couple weeks and haven't worked out much and then this holiday weekend I ate so much I shouldn't have! I am getting back on track this week though. 2884 days ago
