    You are not a failure. I totally can relate! I have been struggling and I am now doing my last ditch effort, but my health is improving. Now my weight needs to come off. I am at a beginning of a reset. I am so so bloated and FULL...I am now tired after a complete day of being an energized bunny. I sent you email. I am sleeping alike a baby too, now that I am so energized during the bedtime, I want to go to sleep.

    Have begun January jumpstart. That seems to be going well. Have started by focusing on the fitness end. Tomorrow I will begin to focus also on the nutrition end and making sure I track everything that I eat.
    I also recently got rid of cable. I think that is gonna have a big impact on things. Before it seemed that I was planning my exercise after my favorite shows or while they were on, which didn't work too well, and helped me create excuses why I did not do them. Now what I watch is on DVD , Netflix or streamed from the internet. So I pick when I want to watch them. I have also found that I am getting a lot more reading done too. Which I love. So hopefully all of these things put together will help me to melt the pounds away in 2012 and finally get to my goal weight. emoticon

    Sometimes things are easier said than done. I have SparkPeople on Facebook also. It honestly blows my mind. How people have time to exercise what seems like all day long. Really????? I am lucky for the 45 minutes I have to do a Walking DVD. There is way too much stress in my life and not nearly enough hours in the day to take care of my household, my daughter and still find time for a large workout. And I am sure all of the callenges are great, but my time is super limited.
    At the moment I honesty feel like the world is caving in around me. So what do I do? Eat more. Dig myself an even bigger hole. emoticon emoticon
    Maybe I will be able to get back on track soon. But I am not holding my breath.
    But thanks to those for the suggestions. emoticon

    Hi there Jen...

    I saw your post on our team msg board - don't be too hard on yourself. At least you are still down in weight, and remember this is a journey not a race and we all will not be perfect right away. We have thoughts to change, and habits to break and new ones to learn and apply.

    I added you as a friend, and I hope you'll add me too!

    If you don't mind me making a few suggestions - join a few teams, log on everyday ( keep your support close where you need it most), read message boards, post comments yourself, read blogs - and if you like what you read, how something makes you feel, or someone's outlook - make them your friend...we all need friends on this journey!! Increase your network and therefore your support! And here everyone understands - has had the same feelings or experiences - we all have walked in your shoes and no one is here to judge or wants to be judged...

    I have seriously done all this - immersed myself in this site - read articles, collected points and gave goodies and encouraged people - don't get me wrong - I have fallen off the wagon, or cheated or made bad choices a few times in the 2 months I have been on Spark, but...each time I have asked or implied I need help, or blogged about my struggles, someone (strangers) have been there for me - to encourage or just understand - the support has been absolutely make the connections..put yourself out there.

    I belong to a great team called "Enjoy your step at a time" that I really like...lots of discussions, challenges, interaction and support. You can find it on my page..check it out..

    Spark is a great tool in your journey to a healthier you..
