It has been quite a while since i have used this website! I wish i never stopped, I am not sure why i stopped. but im eager to start over!! i really need to get healthy and find a way to release my stress.

I am from ohio, my name is jennifer. i have a beautiful 4 almost 5 yr old daughter. i have also the most wonderful boyfriend, whom i call my husband. he takes care of my daughter and me. life got hard when we had to move in with my mother in law. she was not able to find a job in over 3 yrs, due to the economy. my husbands brother also lives with us. he will soon be leaving us to go to college! proud of him! i also have a brother in the navy! i am very proud to have him as a brother, he will be going on tour to bahrain. my other brother is in the national guard. he will be going to boot camp soon!! also proud of him!

Thank you for the comments on my status. Yesterday was just a blah day and I hadn't one of those since the beginning of the year. I just felt completely off and drained of energy. Went to lunchtime Zumba and feel MUCH better now! Back into the swing of things again. Hope everything is going well for you. emoticon

Fitness Fusion was great!! And just what I need for my next step up in intensity level!!

It was a 5 minute warm-up, 25 minutes of step aerobics, then 25 minutes of ab and core work (they mix this up with weights sometimes as well), and a 5 minute cool down.
