Hi, my name is jennifer and im obese. I really need to get into a healthier life style. I want to be able to go shopping without being ashamed! And feel great inside and out. This is a start of a new journey and I have alot of work ahead of me but I know I can do it!
this is my goal..... to lose 90 lbs, and be happy and have a healty lifestyle.
work out everyday.
cardio 20 mins,
every other day m,w,f
everyday- 500 steps
eat smaller portions and healthier. more water, and fruits and veggies
I am from ohio, my name is jennifer. i have a beautiful 4 almost 5 yr old daughter. i have also the most wonderful boyfriend, whom i call my husband. he takes care of my daughter and me. life got hard when we had to move in with my mother in law. she was not able to find a job in over 3 yrs, due to the economy. my husbands brother also lives with us. he will soon be leaving us to go to college! proud of him! i also have a brother in the navy! i am very proud to have him as a brother, he will be going on tour to bahrain. my other brother is in the national guard. he will be going to boot camp soon!! also proud of him!

Question: Are we on a diet? Answer: NO!
Question: How did we eliminate the term, "diet" from our vocabulary? Answer: We joined in unity, an SP friendship that taught us how to make permanent healthy changes in our lifestyle.
It took years of unhealthy eating habits and giving into your cravings that finally brought you here. When the cravings begin, REPLACE all poor habits with healthy foods/snacks such as fruits, vegetables, sugar-free candies/gum and water. Though, it may take time for you and your body to adjust to these changes, you will notice that you actually enjoy this healthier way of living.
THROW OUT by GIVING TO THE NEAREST FOOD PANTRY in your area, all the junk food and unhealthy beverages that are in your cabinets and refrigerator. Not only are they sabotaging your will power, the Food Pantry will be grateful for your generous donations. If it's not in your home, it's impossible to be eaten! Start a NEW GROCERY LIST! REPLACE with nutritional foods, snacks, water and beverages. Repeat each month.
Use the SparkPoints for tracking your nutrition by journaling everything that goes into your mouth. Do not go over your daily calories, carbs, fats and protein ranges. Repeat daily.
Use the SparkPoints for tracking both of your daily fitness programs (exercise and cardio). Burn more calories than what you eat, but it is IMPORTANT to stay within your nutritional ranges. Repeat daily.
