Living healthy really sucks sometimes! I want more than anything to get into shape and feel better about myself. I graduated college in june and I always thought i would be thin by then, but like a lot of people i would work out for a month then stop, then start again and it just made me feel like crap. I have recommited myself to living a healthy lifestyle, and this time I hope it will be easier with my new less busy schedule.

My Goals:
I want to lower my blood pressure (which was borderline high), and lose weight. My main reason for losing weight is to be healthier and set a good example for the children my husband and I plan to have in the future.


My Program:
I eat healthy by cooking meals at home and exercising daily. I enjoy the leslie sansone walking videos they are easy to do but give you a great workout. Im trying to swim on saturdays and incorporate additional strength training throughout the week.



Personal Information:
Im Jenny, I have a wonderful husband we were married in 2005 and still going strong. I wont say that I love working out because honestly I don't but the benefits from it are enough to keep me going. I feel so much better throughout the day and I'm seeing results.


Other Information:
I love watching movies and listening to music. Quentin Tarantio is amazing! I havent seen a movie of his that i dont like. Kevin Smith is another one of my favorites. My favorite band is Cold they inspire me in all aspects of my life. I am an artist at heart, although my degree is in Human Physiology thats not where my heart lies.

    Yea, I know... yay for one pound down! :) I was really happy to see that... I've been trying to work on my consistancy... but I didn't get too excited about it because since starting sparkpeople I've been everywhere from 182 to 190 over the course of a few months, so once I get moving lower than 181, then I'll get excited. :) and then when I hit 179 I'll go crazy! cuz last time I really tried to lose weight (without sparkpeople) 180 was my sticking point... My scale is kinda screwy sometimes too, I don't know why. I'll step on the scale and it'll say one thing... then I pick up my dog (who usually always weighs 10-13 pounds), weigh together and then put him down and weigh another 3 times to see what I weigh. :P it's a weird process. But losing weight in my face first is always motivating... and people sometimes notice too. :) hmm... better let ya go. ttys.
