Well working out 3x a day is quite difficult as it requires that I wake up and do 30 mins to an 60 mins of cardio before going to work, then a short 30 minute workout during lunch time and at least another 60 mins of exercise before I go to bed (that's 3 showers in a day! to put things into perspective =S).
I was very optimistic when I made that goal and I have been keeping up with at least 2 workouts a day. I usually only do 3 workouts during the week and then on weekends, I only do 2x a day...but I do have my lazy moments which defeat me... But I have a lot of work to do and my weight is pretty stubborn so I do what i can and really have to push myself to see results...how have things been going on for you? What is your exercise schedule like?
