I'm really determined to get a routine started.
I usually start out good, but then I'll just stop after a week.
I need to try to commit the the 10 minutes a day of fitness, as I think it really will help me get more time in :)

I'm also committing to eating healthier. I'm already eating a lot more veggies. I just need to cut out bad foods (such as the terribly bad for you Dutch Frites met Fritesaus).
