My goal is to lose at least 50 pounds. I don't really have a time line, but of course I hope it happens before my Golden years. LOL I want to move my skinny clothes back into my closet and burn the fat clothes. I want to feel good wearing a swimsuit. :-)
I developed my own program. The basis of my program is staying between 1200 - 1550 calories per day. I am also trying to move towards a diabetic diet because my Mother is diabetic. I havent decided upon an exercise program. Any advice is greatly welcome.

I love to read and try to finish one book a week. I enjoy novels about sailing, the Caribbean, a few books on the best seller's list. Oh and I never miss an issue of People, Readers Digest and Lattitudes & Attitudes.
Welcome Jennifer, I hope SP works for us. I got lazy counting calories and know I've been over the last 2 days. But one thing I've decided is not to quit just because of a few bad days. So glad you've joined. I'm doing a couple of challenges and just reading the boards are motivating. Pam
