Thanks for the add as a friend. About the only thing that I haven't mentioned in my story or blogs or threads is that I joined Weight Watchers the Tuesday before Thanksgiving. I found that before joining WW I was obsessing over calories and grams and vitamins and minerals and exchanges ..... I just stopped the madness and work their point system. My body tells me what to eat and I have dropped 15 pounds since then. Give it try if you are not in the mood to follow Sparkie's ideas. 2413 days ago
