On my way to a better me!
I am 37 years old, and would like to loose 20 to 30 pounds by summer of 2013. I am on a few dietary restrictions for a variety of reasons: - No caffeine: gives me panic attacks. - No sugar: weakens my immune system (when I eat sugar I catch every cold that comes along). Sugar also makes me prone to yeast infections and similar problems. This includes refined sugar, natural sweeteners and too much fruit. - No lactose: lactose intolerance reared its ugly head about a ...
I am 37 years old, and would like to loose 20 to 30 pounds by summer of 2013. I am on a few dietary restrictions for a variety of reasons: - No caffeine: gives me panic attacks. - No sugar: weakens my immune system (when I eat sugar I catch every cold that comes along). Sugar also makes me prone to yeast infections and similar problems. This includes refined sugar, natural sweeteners and too much fruit. - No lactose: lactose intolerance reared its ugly head about a year ago. Despite all of this, I'm still overweight! It took me a while to figure out all of these dietary problems and to work the restrictions into my diet. Now it is time to move forward and improve the other aspects of my diet (despite all of these restrictions, I can still eat salty food, fried foods, breads, etc.)
