Hey! Congrats on the half and for getting back in the game. I'm finally heading back over here after spending the past 9 months over at Babyfit. :)
It is soooo much harder this time around. I'm just getting started but I can already see how different things are with a child! I don't know how y'all do it LOL! I have exactly 30 mins a day to exercise unless I make negotiations with my husband. I will really have to keep my diet in line and make every workout count. 2552 days ago
Hey there! Ahh, yes...the nutrition part of MTC...it's quite hard to manage the strict diet, and I didn't have time to make all of the meals. I tried my best to cut out alcohol completely, eat lots of fruits, hard boiled eggs, nuts, yorgurt, and veggies, and stay within the 1200 calories, although some days I went to 1400 (which is still low!) I found that I dropped about 3 pounds over the course of 3 weeks, but I feel like if I had adhered a bit more strictly to the "no alcohol" part of the diet, I could have lost more.
I'm in need of a kick in the butt to start the program again! It's VERY challenging, and I really want to make it through all 30 days. How is Winning by Losing going?

We seem to have similar body shapes and I am really looking forward to you posting your P90X 30 day pictures. I start the program tomorrow and my husband has been making fun of me for buying it because he thinks my belief is that it will be the "magic bullet" to get rid of the muffin top. I can't wait to prove him wrong!
