Yay you're back! Don't fret you're not alone in falling of the be good to yourself wagon. I think this time of year has quite a few of us slowing working ourselves back into positive thinking/doing mode. With regards to Insanity, I've seen people do really well with it. It is easier if you have some cardio history, even walking makes it easier. I just tell people to hit pause, catch your breath and go! I made my decision to buy it after looking at a whole bunch of videos on Youtube of results! Hope this helps! Talk to you later!
