Well, I came back to Sparkpeople March 2011 after many years away. I made a commit to God that I would add exercise as my lenten sacrifice. I couldn't make the changes on my own, but doing them for God certainly makes them seem easier. I feel a lot more relaxed about the process this time and I'm excited to see where it takes me.

My Goals:
hmmm...my goals. I want my weight to start with a one! Even if it''s 199, I''ll be happy.
My Program:
My program is adding exercise every day. I have been doing NOTHING. 5 minutes is better than nothing. After Easter I plan on tackling the food part of the equation. I've never started with the exercise because I don't like it. I'm enjoying the change of pace this time around.
Personal Information:
I'm from Michigan and I have a great husband and son who love me just the way I am. I also have a great group of friends who I love very much.
