Changing my body, changing my mind.

This year I vowed to get fit & healthy. My partner at the beginning of the year really helped get me started with the P90X program that I lost 15 pounds and 14 inches with. Then life happened and here I am 9 months later and gained back 8 of those 15 and am afraid to do my measurements again. My diet and exercise are right back where they were before I started. I've bought the Sparks book and I'm hoping to get back on track so that I can end 2010 better than when I started and continue baby ...

My Goals:
My short term goal is to eat healthier and drink more water.
My medium term goal is to complete round 2 of P90X and be back into size 10 clothes.
My long term goal is to lose 35-39 pounds and be firmly in a size 8.

My Program:
I'm mainly focusing on re-training myself with nutrition. I have always had really bad eating habits and would like to change that to a healthy eating style I can keep for life and more importantly give to my daughter. I'm also trying to work in exercise into each day, though this has been the most challenging.

Personal Information:
Kind of a geek as you can see by my photos... LOL! On my way to a healthier lifestyle.

Other Information:
Storing a friend's treadmill at my house right now and trying to take advantage of that by using it each day. Some days are better than others....

Loving the program!! I'm gonna do a round of Power 90 when this is done, just for a different routine, a break from the super long workouts, and of course the chance to burn more "goo"!!
