Hi guy! My name is Jen and I''m trying to get back on the healthy eating and fitness train. I used to love exercising, but life and stress got in the way and I sort of gave up. Recently I have been feeling tired and depressed and have realized that I am ready to make a change for the better again. I need to take care of me. I would love some support from the community and I am willing to give that back!

I did the Run Faster for one week. You basically only change the session 1 run anyway. I hurt my hip, so lately I am just trying to get through my runs with as little pain as possible.

It's a good program. Enjoy.

Hi Jen! Thanks for the add!! Congratulations on the new pant size! Way to go! Seeing results is such great motivation. Plus eating right and exercise really does make the world of difference in how you feel about yourself. Keep with it, and I'd love to be one of your spark buddies! I'm looking to get into pilates more, good to know you've had success with it!

Not to brag..

BUT.. we did awesome this week with the walking. I am happy that I am doing it with you because I would never do it myself. I think we could be running a lot further than we think if we incorporate boosts like we did today throughout the daily jaunt. :)

PS- Today was definitely an adventure, haha.
