Changing My Life

Hi everyone!! My name is Jen and I am from Massachusetts. I'm 23 years old. I've already lost about 35 lbs, but I've still got a ways to go. I found my motivation from my Dad. He told me one day a few summers ago that I was doing everything right except for taking care of myself. Hi everyone!! My name is Jen and I am from Massachusetts. I'm 23 years old. I've already lost about 35 lbs, but I've still got a ways to go. I found my motivation from my Dad. He told me one day a few summers ago that I was doing everything right except for taking care of myself. This hit me really hard and the next day I became a dedicated Sparker :) Over the holidays I definitely fell off the bandwagon and since camp, but now that I'm back in the swing of things I'm ready to get to my goals! I'm going to stick to my guns and work out. My original goal was to be at 150, however my ideal weight is around 130, so I would really like to get there. Hey, I've already lost 35lbs, by now I figure anything is possible! Feel free to chat with me or add me as a Sparkbuddy! I love meeting new people!!!

I did the Run Faster for one week. You basically only change the session 1 run anyway. I hurt my hip, so lately I am just trying to get through my runs with as little pain as possible.

It's a good program. Enjoy.

Hi Jen! Thanks for the add!! Congratulations on the new pant size! Way to go! Seeing results is such great motivation. Plus eating right and exercise really does make the world of difference in how you feel about yourself. Keep with it, and I'd love to be one of your spark buddies! I'm looking to get into pilates more, good to know you've had success with it!

Not to brag..

BUT.. we did awesome this week with the walking. I am happy that I am doing it with you because I would never do it myself. I think we could be running a lot further than we think if we incorporate boosts like we did today throughout the daily jaunt. :)

PS- Today was definitely an adventure, haha.
