Healthy, Happy, Strong

In 2007-2008 I lost 80 pounds using Sparkpeople. I maintained my weight loss for about a year, before getting sick and losing 25 pounds, then regaining 40. I'm almost back to my goal weight, but more importantly I have my health and my energy back. After getting sick I've become even more aware of what I eat and how much I move. Eating right and exercising is no longer about looking good in clothes, it's about being healthy and strong.
