I am 27 I have been married since July 2008. We have 4 kids between the two of us. I have one he has three. My weight has been yoyo-ing for so long now. Im really tired of being fat though. Its time to do something about it. I have to push myself and hopefully have enough support from others!!!!

You may want to up that! You know your body best and your weight loss journey, but you're going to be burning a TON with P90X and I know they recommend at least 1800..I didn't eat that much at first but I didn't feel hungry. If you feel hungry, I think adding some extra vegetables and fruit will keep you on track with your weight loss but also give you the energy to really bring it with P90X!

Jen! Don't skip the workouts girl!! Lol..yoga IS tough but if you start out thinking "do your best and forget the rest" like Tony says, one day you'll be completely crushing it. When I started the program I couldn't do crane to save my life..or warrior three, which I still find very difficult. I just did what I could and knew it would improve every time! I always think of it this way..if I hate the workout (core synergistics..UGH) it's because it's challenging me the most..which means it's the workout I need the most if I want my body to transform!! How was your workout today?
