I would like to lose 50lbs by the time I graduate high school. When I was in middle school I lost a lot of weight and was down to around 170 but as I went through high school I just kept gaining weight.
I just started going to the YMCA and I plan on going at least 4 times a week to use the treadmills and ellipticals. I hate weight training but I know I need to do it.
