~*~Starting over, again.~*~
Well my name is Jennifer and I'm 25. I have been overweight since childhood. I have lost weight and gained it back multiple times, but since joining SparkPeople in the Fall of 2009, I have been really trying to dedicate myself to just living a healthier lifestyle. Well my name is Jennifer and I'm 25. I have been overweight since childhood. I have lost weight and gained it back multiple times, but since joining SparkPeople in the Fall of 2009, I have been really trying to dedicate myself to just living a healthier lifestyle. So far I have lost the weight slowly, but I'm okay with that. I have learned how to live a healthier lifestyle and I am most proud of myself for that accomplishment. This experience has truly been life changing. I have had moments of plateaus and even weight gain. Though I know it's not truly the only reason, I blame my moments of weight gain on the pain I suffer in my SI Joints. I have had a condition called Sacroiliac Joint Dysfunction since I was 18 years old. When the pain is at its worst I often find it almost impossible to walk and almost impossible to find any position that is comfortable other than laying down on my side. The pain comes and goes "flaring" at odd times. I just hope to learn how to maintain a healthy lifestyle and weight. ~~~~~~~~~~~~ Spark People Starting Weight: 215lbs Highest Weight Ever: 220lbs Lowest Weight Ever: 168lbs Starting weight in 2010: 205lbs Starting weight in 2011: 176lbs Starting weight in 2012: 185 ~~~~~~~~~~~~ Weight: 1/1/10 ----- 205 2/6/10 ----- 198 *Took a slight break* 5/6/10 ----- 194 lbs 6/21/10 ----- 190 7/7/10 -----185.6 8/10/10 ----- 181 *Slacked off gained a little then lost it plus more* 9/9/10 ----- 179 9/14/10 ----- 177.4 9/30/10 ----- 175 10/14/10 ----- 174.4 1/1/11 ----- 176 *darn holidays* 1/14/11 ----- 172 1/28/11 -----173.4 ---Yuck!! No Good, +1.4lbs 2/11/11 -----174.4 --- I Have NO Idea what is going on, I'm exercising and in a calorie defecit!!?? UGH! +1lb 8/1/11 -----193 ***I suffered a long painful bout with my SI Joint, with the inability to exercise, or cook for myself. I was also under alot of stress during this time. I finally told myself I was making excuses, people in chronic pain still manage to lose weight and exercise all the time. I am starting over again.*** 8/27/11 -----187.6 ***Several Family Deaths, Big Move, and Job Change Later*** 10/3/12---208.5lbs
