Drop 2 dress sizes by Christmas 2013

My Program:
Keep walking 6-8 miles a day; strength training 2-3 times a week; yoga/stretching 3-5 times a week; start jogging again when the weather cools down.

Keep cooking and freezing meals on Sunday so I have easy, healthy options during the week.
