Jen, I looked up "shoveling snow" you can enter it in your fitness tracker. Click on favorites, do a search for "shoveling snow" -- it won't come up with anything, but it will tell you that you can add it. So click to add it to favorites, here are the calories it uses. 30 minutes if your weight is 150 equals 188 calories. That is for shoveling snow by hand.
There are lots of things you can add. Groceries shopping = 72, Gardening = 125; sweeping outside of house, sidewalks or garage = 125, all of these are calories burned for 30 minutes.
I don't know where I got the list, but if you have a specific item you'd like me to look up I'd be happy to do it.
