    Remember, day 1 of week 2 begins TOMORROW (Tuesday) so all cardio will be set back to 0. You'll have 3 cardio days sometime in this coming week.

    It was just asked for the bonus goal "eat at home" if that was for all 3 meals or what? It was meant for your dinner as most people will find an excuse to order out or grab fast food. Just so you know!
