Almost there....

I'm Jen, and I've been messing around with an extra 20 pounds for about a decade. I've had excellent results with Atkins (2001 following birth of second of three kids-lost 50 pounds) and a tonsillectomy/divorce combo (2005--lost 15 and kept them off for over a year). I joined Sparkpeople in early 2009 and did NOT take advantage of it. As a result, by Feb 2010, I had not 20 pounds to lose, but 30!

Jen - You have such a nice way of saying things. Thank you for my Spark goodie. I think a real massage is in order in my real future! I am having so much pain though I'm not sure I can rest comfortably on the massage table. I'm leary of smashing my newest body parts yet. It might be too soon in the healing process to subject the girls to that kind of pressure! But I hope I can get a massage soon!!! emoticon
