Hello! Long time, no talk! So I've been doing Paleo for about 8-9 months. I feel great, lost 20 lbs, and am fully committed to this lifestyle. Thing is I STILL haven't worked out a single time this past year. I feel so weak but at the same time so healthy - it's weird. I want to feel STRONG again. But I have no motivation to workout because I look and feel so well. Ugh the conundrum...

Hey everyone! I know I don't deserve your attention or anything since I completely fell off the face of the earth...just thought I'd check in here. Actually I was checking SP to see what weight I was prior to falling off the wagon and to my dismay I never logged it. That whole 6 months of working out hard (2 hours a day towards the last month or so) is like it never happened. So sad...As you may have remembered I got sick, dislocated a rib, got sick again, etc etc. I didn't feel like myself until mid April. That's when I found the Paleo lifestyle and I have been on that ever since. I feel great, all of my crohns and allergies and sickness are gone. I was thinking about starting back on here at Spark for motivation on physical fitness - wonder if there is a cross-fit team? I'll have to look into that. Well, hope everyone is doing great!
