My Goals:
My husband and I will be trying to make a baby sometime this summer, so I'd like to get my weight to a point where I won't go too far over 200 during that whole process. I weighed around 180 in high school, so that's what I'm shooting for. If I can get down below that, sweet deal. Also, it would be great if my thighs didn't touch. And if my right knee would realize that it's been eleven years since I discourteously fell on it while roller-blading and it's high time it stopped holding a grudge and let me run again, that would be nice too.
My Program:
Treadmill when I can get to one. Hoping to work up to C25K one of these days. Strength training a few times a week and cardio stuff on the Wii Fit -- not the most intense workout, but at least it's something.
