Being healthy and in control is better then any food tastes!
I am a mom of a beautiful liittle girl. I'm at a point in my life where I want to take control of my eating. I am an emotional eater and have been on a rollercoaster for sometime and so has my weight. I want to teach my daughter that being healthy is important and that our beauty comes from within and not a fashion magazine.
