My Goals:
1. Maintain a healthy blood sugar, blood pressure, cholesterol
2. Stay physically active
3. Lose weight

My Program:
1. I follow weight watchers on my own, try to stay under 26 food points daily,
2. Drink 100mLs water daily.
3. Try to get a minimum of 15 minutes cardio every day
4. Aim for 15 minutes or more strength training.
5. Aim for at least 8,000 steps on my pedometer.

Personal Information:
I am from north Iowa, will turn 62 this year. I have 6 children, 15 grandchildren. I work in healthcare. My hobbies are grandchildren, gardening, crafts of any and all kinds, word and math puzzles, golf and bike riding.

I started last June and by using Spark and some self discovery in the process, I'm down 25 pounds, and am holding steady at a healthy weight.
