Hey Jennifer! Just checking in with you! I have been absent this spring, mainly due to my bulging disc in my back. Just hard to come on here and be active when I can't be active! LOL But, I'm back! From everything I can tell, I'm healed and ready to roll again. Did Les Mills Pump Revolution & Combat's Inner Warrior last night and jogged 3 miles on the treadmill this afternoon. How have you been? Have you had a good, fit, productive spring?
What are your goals so far and how can I best help you? Let me know what your prayer requests are too!! My calorie goal right now is 1500. I am on target so far. I exercise most days at Curves for Women for 60 minutes each time. I used to have a walking buddy as well but she hurt her ankle and has not been able to walk. I would be willing to walk with you a few days a week if we can work out the logistics. Let me know. Also I have found that praying first thing each day about sticking to this plan helps me to stay on track much better.
