My Program:
Low carb, high fat, moderate protein.

Breakfast: zero
grams of
carbohydrate
3 ounces
of protein

I make sure to eat red meat a couple times a week, plenty of cheese and cream and one of these vegetables daily: broccoli, cauliflower, or spinach

I have no idea how many calories this is, or how many grams of fat a day this is. I use plenty of fat to make my salads and veggies tasty.

I manage my T1 diabetes with this diet and MDI's.
