Hi! I just wanted to pop in and say thanks so much for the friend add! I've added you as well! Please don't hesitate to stop by my page or email when you have a question or just want to get something off of your chest..I'm here to listen and we can get through this together..It's so frustrating sometimes, but it's THE BEST when you have someone who understands. I'm Kim, by the way!
When I first started losing weight, it was just watching what I ate, then I did this UofA study that had me doing the Jenny Craig program (2 year free program). I went from 180 to 138. I would not recommend the JC program, food selection was not very good and not good for your body. I craved natural homemade food. Went from 138 to 168 quickly. Then decided to do the Jorge Cruise Carb/Sugar Belly Fat Program - excellent. P90X, has helped me with shaping up and increasing my endurance. Once I am done with my 90 days, I plan to start Couch to 5K and still go to the Rec. Center. At my age it is much harder to get in shape and lose weight. You are starting at an excellent time of your life. "YOU GO GIRL"
