Favorite shows: Gossip Girl, Nikita, GND (old school, pre-crystal), One Tree Hill, Sex and the City, How I met your Mother. I am a TV junkie and I know its a bad habit.
I also love reading fiction that has a strong female heroine or anything educational on holistic health.

I have a Turbo Jam dvd and I only did it once...it was really tough. The one I have has "Cardio Party" and "Ab Jam."

What new cardio dvds did you get in the mail?

Thanks so much, you are very sweet. I know that I give in too easily to foods that aren't good for me. It's so easy to throw in a microwavable dinner. I really want to revamp my diet and I may have to talk to my husband about it, as you suggested. 80% diet 10% genetics 10% exercise.

Struggling a lot with being consistent - which is the key - with exercise as well.

I just need to push myself.

I haven't been eating clean, lean and green. It's so bad. Ugh. I know it is easy - just buy the food and eat it. Thanks for the food suggestion, sounds interesting. I wonder if we have them in Canada. How are you doing??
