Bride to Be

Hi my name is Jessica and I'm going to get married in a few months! I would really LOVE to lose some inches from my thighs and belly before then. I have a goal weight of 115 which is close to my highschool weight. Back in highschool, only 3 years ago, I ran cross country for two years and track. My eating habits weren't at all healthy, except for race days, yet I was in good physical shape. I'd love to be at that weight again but by eating between 1200-1600 cals a day. I plan on running 3x/week ...

My Goals:
I want to start shedding some pounds and tone it up before my wedding!

My Program:
I try to eat at least 1200 cals a day. I'm going to run 6 if not more miles a week. Do a DVD 5x's a week.(JM 30DS,JM BFBM,TAEBO BCABS or Bob Harper I.N.O. Cardio)

Other Information:
I'm in a loving relationship with Jesus Christ my Savior and my wonderful fiance Chris!

SP has so many great tools to take advantage of. The nutrition and fitness trackers are amazing. Everybody on this site is soooo supportive, inspiring, and motivational. Blogging,posting on message boards, all the articles, reading other people's blog's and stories.... everything this site has to offer is inspiring. Good luck on your journey to your wedding day!
