My Goals:
My ultimate goal is 70 lbs. But I feel I need to break it into smaller goals.

My Program:
I belong to a local gym and take various classes, ie water aerobics, etc.

I am taking general information from the G.I. Diet by dr. rick gallop and using the nutritional track on this website to help me keep track of everything.

Personal Information:
I am 33, I live in Indianapolis, I have a son, a daughter and two dog-children. I am married. I like to knit, read, spend time with the hubby and kids and play with my dogs.
