Becoming a healthier me...and sticking to it!

I want to become more disciplined about eating well and exercising. When I put my mind to it I am very good at tracking my calories and exercising. However the problem is that I end up stopping at some point and then terrible snacking habits begin again and the weight gain comes along with it!!

My weight has fluctuated as long as I can remember, and I have to constantly watch what I eat. I am hoping that this is the time that I will get back into regular exercise and eating well. ...

Glad to hear you're doing okay. I had that problem at the beginning of the year. I just didn't wanna do it.
Everything's been going okay. Things lately have been crazy busy, but other than that nothing exciting. Been taking a self defense class! That's been loads of fun!

I totally have a problem with snacking too! Even worse, the more weight I lose, the more I tend to snack. I recently had to accept that you can even fruit can be "too much." *sigh*

Anyway, good luck to you on this turn and I look forward to seeing your progress - as it will inspire me to continue on this journey!

Glad to hear things are going well for you! Awesome about the gym! Always good to find a place that works!
This last week has been kinda crappy, but I'm picking myself up from it (after some major falling and lots of oreos...). I'm ready to start again!
