Just thought I would stop by to see how things are going. Hope all is well and you are still on the track. unlike me.. he-he.. I went off in my own little world for awhile but I am back now and hope to get back on track. I was really really busy here at work so that was keeping me from you guys.. haha!! I also stop going to the gym everyday but now I am slowly getting back in to it, and OMG I was eating like no tomorrow. I would eat everything. so I need to do better with that too.. See what work dose to me... Man they are trying to keep me fat.. haha.. LOL!! j/k anyways stop by let me know how things are going all around =)
Glad to hear you had a good v-day. I did too went to dinner at a girlfriends house we had a pot luck for the single ones.. lol.. everyhting was really good. I went to the gym only once last week but oh well nothing I can do about it now but move on and do better this week. well so far so good I have been going and I plan to keep on going. I am going out on Satruday and I keep telling myself not to drink so let's see if I can stick to that. I did bad over this past weekend I did drink both nights Friday and Saturday. I was doing good by only drinking one night out of the weekend but this weekend got a little crazy..LOL!! So let's see how I do with the weekend almost here.
and Hey don't worry about the pounds not coming off as fast as you would like. Don't worry it will happen just don't give up. I have been the same as well for about 2 weeks now. I need to reach my goal for this month of 145 and not sure if it's going to happen I am going from 146 to 147 but nothing lower.. wah wah wah!! haha!! :) so keep it up, WE CAN DO THIS!!! TTLY
We could do it and don't get down on yourself for having a bad day we all do. Just let it go and do better! I know it's a little harder for you to get outside cause it's cold but good to know that you are still working out. Do you go to the gym or just work out at home??
