Gotta Get Moving

I am a project manager by trade, which means people give me challenges and I help them achieve their goals...but what about me? I've never sat down and given myself any real personal challenges to warrant my focus, drive, or resourcefulness. I sit at a desk (a lot) and my body and health are starting to display the fruits of my labor.

- Feel good mentally
- Improve my measurable fitness levels (strength, endurance, body metrics)
- Make a positive change in my attitude

My Program:
I don't have a set program at the moment. I am starting by identifying what I don't like about myself and learning my habits that feed the "don't likes". I will start by replacing my bad habits with good habits - one at a time.

I like music and dancing (doesn't mean I can dance, just that I like to do it), mall / store walk (window shopping), pluck around on bass guitar, and many other things....

Hi Jefre P emoticon Hope you had a fab sunday and enjoyed your exercise. You are right the Jilian M program is tough emoticon and most of the time I only get half the repititions done. What's up Jefre P! I joined on here to keep track of my fitness. Seems to be working so far. I think I have exercised more in the past two months than a long time. But I have also ran two half marathons!
