Getting Back into it
A few years ago i started working out and lost a lot of weight. I was in excellent shape and had started to develop a really healthy and active lifestyle. Last summer, I was injured and I let myself become lazy. I put on most of the weight that I had worked so hard to lose. My goals are to get back to where I was... and to keep it!
