Me after running my first ever 1/2 marathon - my weight dropped to 178 lbs. This was back in May of 2008. Slowly my weight crept back up and I was tipping the scales at 200.

7 minute miles! Woooooooo! Go Jeff! Guess what! Today I ran a 9:47 minute mile!!!!! The other three were juuuust a little over 10, so I'm getting there! I always find the first mile is the hardest for me... I just can't seem to find my groove until the third... I don't know why... any suggestions?! How is your weekend going?

Things have been crazy for a while and I have not been able to stop by and say "Hi". First, the holidays...then I had a cold bug roaring through my family. Now all is better.
