My Goals:
To get to the gym at least 3x a week.
To lose at least 1 lb/wk


My Program:
My company started a "Fitness Challenge" where teams are created and a fitness trainer comes in once a month to measure and weigh everyone. The team to lose the most pounds and inches wins a free 1yr gym membership to the gym of your choice.We started going to our company gym at least 3x a week.
