Battle of the Bulge

I've been trying to lose weight for what seems like forever. Instead, I keep gaining. What I need help with the most is motivation. I know what works. I know what I need to do in order to lose weight. I just need to stop raiding the pantry when I'm bored or when I'm craving.

My Goals:
1. To reach my goal weight before April 2013
2. To find a successful solution that works for resisting cravings.
3. To be able to do a pull up without assistance.

My Program:
Food: Paleo type meals. Healthy proteins, carbs and veggies with every meal. I am sensitive to dairy, gluten, sugar and nightshades.

Exercise: Walk minimum of 5 days per week, lift a minimum of 3 days per week, stretch daily

Other Information:
I'm a SAHM to two kids. I love staying at home, but it does add some challenges.

Hey have you heard the saying " nothing taste as good as skinny feels" maybe when your raiding the pantry you can stop and think and also try to stock better choice foods already packaged for you. Good luck !
