Hello!
I am a young, Christian woman, trying to get back to a healthy weight after spinal surgery and a PCOS diagnosis. Trying to do it in a healthy way. 2013 here I come!

In 2011 lost 60 pounds through eating well and exercising.
Then in 2012, we had some family trauma and between stress and getting of BCs (which I had been on for my PCOS) I gained about 20 back.
So I'm still down from my high of 234, but I want to get back to where I was.

I'm also trying to control my PCOS naturally.
I'm fairly limited in exercise since I had spinal fusion at 14. I only have 3 free at the bottom, so walking or water aerobics for me!

My Goals:
Eat well!
Exercise!
Get healthy!
Lose 24 lbs!

My Program:
Eating a moderate low carb diet ( about 120 carbs a day)

Walking 4x a week for a minimum of two miles each time.
Taking my vitamins.

Get enough sleep.
Reduce stress.

Other Information:
Cast your cares on the Lord. He will sustain you.
