Sophie, I really liked your comment on the cold turkey/moderation discussion - I too have found Spark helpful in determining portion sizes.
Don't be too discouraged about what the scale says - my weight loss was fast at first, but has slowed down. However, I am still losing inches, which means gaining muscle (better than losing weight in my opinion!).
