    Thank you for commenting on my blog. I do think it would help if I was more prepared during the week with healthy snacks. For a while, I was gulping down diet coke all day to keep myself from eating until I realized that it was not helping me stay healthy (just drinking water/tea now). Thanks again for the help and I will try your ideas. Happy Easter.

    oh!!! and gelatin... yeah, my mom found out about that one about 8 or so years ago, and telling a 13 year old (me---who had a big sweet tooth) she can't have certain gummies or cheesecake probably wasn't very fun...

    companies are starting to use pectin more though as a substitute.. i keep looking at labels and sometimes they change! :o)
