My Goals:
Short term Goal: 30 days lose 8-10 pounds

Mid term Goal:60 days lose 16-20 pounds

Long term Goal: 90 days lose 24-30 pounds

Overall Goal: Lose 63 lbs, regain full health, & complete a 5k, 10k, & swim the length of a pool, WOOHOO!!!!



My Program:
I do a combination of walking, jogging, elliptical, dancing, and aerobics. I also go bowling and skating for exercise & fun.

My eating is my struggle, I LOVE chocolate but I am learning to tame it, finally!! I have added more vegetables in my diet which are helping with the inches.

Personal Information:
I have three beautiful children & a supportive husband. I am currently working on my Bachelor of Science, which adds stress to my journey, but I am learning to balance life and weight loss. Exciting time recreating myself so the second half of my life is better than the first.

Other Information:
No one can do this for me. I must be willing to lose myself in order to win my battle. So, for the first time losing is good.
