Well I've gained some weight (5lbs) by not watching what I eat, and not exercising on a regular basis. I know I've got to get it together if I want to reach my size 10 goal. Well I've gained some weight (5lbs) by not watching what I eat, and not exercising on a regular basis. I know I've got to get it together if I want to reach my size 10 goal. I don't know what happens I just quit and then I feel bad about the scale. I'm setting a new goal with a date to it. I want to lose 10 lbs by Christmas. That is a little over 1 month away and it's a doable goal. I know that I must keep a log of my food and exercise and not give in to my wants. Today is the first day of the rest of my life, and I have to chose to make the right choices.



Well here I am again making some goals that I hope I reach. I've lost about 14 pounds and can't seem to go beyond that. I've tried the Weight Watchers on line and lost some, but I'm at a stand still. I get frustrated and quit, and then I start back. I'm grateful that I haven't gained all my weight back, that's a plus!!!

11-14-2013 update
Well I've been logging my food and exercise this week and water, and I'm down 4 lbs. This excites me and encourages me to do more.

3-10-2014 well her I am again, starting again. I'm the only one who can change my situation, and today I've tracked my food, and went back to the gym. Thank you Spark People for the encouraging success stories, they have inspired me to begin again!

My Goals:
I'd like to get to a healthy weight and size.

My ultimate goal is a size 10.

I have gone from an 18/16 to 14.

My Program:
I watch what I eat, and I try to exercise, but after working I don't feel like exercising. I know I've got to push past this.

Personal Information:
I live in Royston Ga. with my husband and 16 year old son. I have 7 grandchildren, my daughter and her family moved to Naples Fla. in July.

Other Information:
My favorite author is: Max Lucado. I love to read, play with my grandchildren.

Thanks for adding me as your friend. I love spark but taking care of my first and only grand daughter take most of my used to be computer time. At least my daughter got me a great iPhone so I can still keep in touch on the go. I love the support Weight Watchers gives...you can eat anything but they help you be smart about it. Exercise is a main component... I do many spin classes and some old Jane Fonda style aerobics classes with all the ladies my daughters age!! At 4'10" it doesn't take much for me to get pudgy but never back to my obese days! emoticon emoticon emoticon emoticon
