I'm really going to try hard to make these lifestyle changes. I love food, and it's hard to stop even when I'm full. But now, I know I need to make permanent changes so I can feel more in control of myself.

I am feeling much better about who I am now! I feel like for the first time in my life, I can control what I put into my mouth. I was always unsure of nutrition, but after reading so many articles, I think I have a handle on it, and now I just want other people to know that ...

My Goals:
My goal is to win a family competition, but really I want a tight behind and I want to see some abs for once in my life.

My Program:
My exercise program is really varied. I try to workout for 3 hours a day, mostly to keep up with my family, but it's not all hard. I do 3 to 4 interval workouts a week, usually rotating between running, swimming, bike, elliptical, or walking. Pilates 3 or 4 times a week. Lift weights at home with 5lb dumbbells using Coach Nichole's workouts or Self Magazine workouts.

Hey,
I saw a comment of yours on one of the message boards and noticed that your starting weight and goal weight were similar to mine. You're much further ahead of me in progress though, although we've been working at it for about the same amount of time (from what your blog says). What is your routine? I work out around 3 hours per day with only one day off and I've been maintaining my calorie range. Not to sound kitchy but do you have a secret?

Hi there,

I see your goals are very similar to mine. I was at my highest 145, lowest 110 and find maintenance peace around 115. I actually just blogged today however about how I've gotten off the beaten track. Back on schedule and looking to keep in touch with sparkers to keep me motivated.
